Company History
Air Care Heating and Cooling began as James Brown Air Conditioning in May of 2007. Founders James and Tonya Brown opened the business with over 20 years of experience under each of their belts. James and Tonya have specialized in serving homeowners in Charlotte and surrounding areas for all their home comfort needs for over 15 years.
When the company was started, it was just James and Tonya. Tonya used her experience as an office professional, while James focused on the fieldwork of properly maintaining, repairing, and replacing home comfort systems. But then, as our list of repeat clients and referrals grew, more people were brought on, and our team grew with it in order to maintain the level of personal service our customers have become accustomed to.
Becoming Air Care Heating and Cooling
In March 2020, we became Air Care Heating and Cooling. With this exciting change to the business, we combined the resources of two companies so our team. With the same commitment to service and very similar business ethics, the joining of two companies was a positive move not only for our team but also for our clients as well.
In December 2022, we teamed up with another trusted home services company in the Charlotte area, so we are now even better equipped to provide the best service possible to our friends and neighbors around town!
